Restorative Co-working:
A farm studio for focused work & community.
Come co-work in Wakefield in a beautiful, light-filled farm space with heated floors, big views, and intentional ways of being together.
We gather twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Each day includes:

Morning meditation (15 minutes) and brief sharing of what's cooking for the day ahead

New! Quiet mornings, coffeeshop afternoons: no calls in the common area in mornings to allow for quiet focus; calls permitted in the afternoons. Note that we do have a separate, reservable, room for calls.
Memberships
In addition to the common space, we have a private room available to support members who need a space for meetings, calls, or privacy. Members receive included hours based on their membership level.

We welcome creative and reciprocal forms of exchange. Some possibilities include:

The examples above — along with the listed pricing — are simply meant to offer a starting point for conversation. We also appreciate those who are able to contribute financially as it helps support the ongoing care of the land, gathering spaces, and infrastructure that make this offering possible.

Why is the word "restorative" part of the name?
My goal was to create a co-working space that I would want to be a part of.
I incorporate restorative practices in this co-working space by holding the values of:
1. Relationship-Centeredness: We prioritize connection over transaction. Work happens in a web of relationships. We nurture mutual respect, interdependence, and shared accountability.
2. Voluntary Participation & Consent: Participation in rituals, check-ins, and dialogue is always invitational. People are free to opt in in a way that honors their energy, boundaries, and capacity.
3. Repair & Reflection Over Perfection: We value open-hearted communication and processes that restore trust, rather than perform fault or blame.
